How large is a private cabin?
Our private cabins are compact, secure workspaces of approximately 50 sq ft, designed primarily for one person. They offer greater privacy than a coworking desk while keeping you connected to Braymont’s shared facilities.
What is included with a cabin?
Each private cabin comes furnished with a desk, chair and guest chair, along with access to Braymont’s shared facilities and 24/7 workspace access.
Can I book meeting rooms as a cabin client?
Yes. Braymont’s meeting and conference rooms are available to resident clients and can be booked by the hour whenever you need additional space for meetings, presentations or calls.
Can I use a private cabin for my trade licence?
Private cabins are not eligible for mainland trade licence or Ejari issuance under the current Emaar Square setup. If you require a licence-eligible workspace, our team can help you select a suitable private serviced office.
Can I upgrade to a serviced office later?
Yes. As your requirements grow, you can move from a cabin into a larger private serviced office, subject to availability and applicable commercial terms. Braymont offers options for individual professionals through to larger corporate teams.
