What are the access hours?
Coworking members have 24/7 access to the workspace, giving you the flexibility to work around your own schedule.
Should I choose a dedicated desk or hot desk?
Choose a dedicated desk if you want a consistent workspace that is yours each day. If you prefer greater flexibility and only need a workspace occasionally, a hot-desk option may be more suitable.
Note: the current Braymont knowledgebase specifically confirms dedicated coworking desks, but does not confirm a hot-desk product, so I would only use this FAQ if hot desks are actually being offered.
Are meeting rooms included in my membership?
Meeting rooms are available to coworking clients but are booked separately by the hour. They can be used for client meetings, presentations, interviews, video calls and team sessions.
Can I bring guests into the workspace?
Guests can be welcomed for meetings, with reception and meet-and-greet support available during staffed hours. For longer meetings or greater privacy, you can book one of Braymont’s meeting rooms.
Can I use a coworking desk for my trade licence?
Coworking desks are not eligible for mainland trade licence or Ejari issuance under the current setup. If your business requires a licence-eligible workspace, the Braymont team can help you find a suitable private serviced office.
