Can I book without being a Braymont client?
Yes. Braymont meeting rooms are available to both resident clients and external guests, so you can book a professional meeting space whenever you need one.
What is the minimum booking time?
Meeting rooms can be booked for a minimum of one hour, with full-day options also available.
What display and connectivity are provided?
Meeting rooms offer smart-TV support and high-speed connectivity for presentations, video calls and collaborative sessions. Selected rooms can support display across multiple screens. Specific AV requirements can be confirmed with the Braymont team when booking.
Can refreshments be arranged?
Yes. Beverage service can be arranged for meetings. Complimentary self-service coffee, tea and water are also available within Braymont’s shared facilities, while specialty café drinks may be charged separately.
What is the cancellation policy?
Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable and the full booking fee applies.
